An Outstanding Experience

At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Malone Hair experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.


Late Cancellations

Just Let Us Know

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, we may take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.



Please Let Us Know

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Malone Hair and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.

Returns & Refunds

We pride ourselves of giving the best experience possible & providing in depth consultations to ensure everyone has a good understanding of the expectation however we do understand that sometimes expectation can not be met. If you are unhappy please ensure you speak to a senior member of staff within 48 hours of your appointment. We can not offer refunds or returns out of this time frame. We aim to ensure everyone is happy and will resolve the issue without the need of the refund. Please also ensure your hair is in the same condition as when you left the session. Putting another colour on your hair or seeing another stylist may affect your rights for a return. Thank you
